Staveley Co-op 1916 gives your board or leadership team a quiet, exclusive setting away from the office, with the Southern Alps as a backdrop instead of a boardroom wall.
Two spaces are available, so you can choose the scale that suits your group. The banquet hall seats up to 120, with flexible table configurations for larger leadership teams, all-staff strategy days or board meetings combined with a wider gathering. For smaller, more intimate sessions, the lounge seats up to 30, offering a closer, more focused setting for board meetings, executive workshops or roundtable strategy discussions.
Meetings, Workshops and Conferences
Staveley Co-op 1916 also suits a wide range of gatherings beyond the boardroom, including staff meetings, training days, workshops, seminars, industry conferences and community or club functions. Choose between the banquet hall, seating up to 120 and set up for presentations, workshops or seated conferences, or the lounge, a smaller space for up to 30, well suited to focused working sessions and smaller group meetings. TA wireless microphone and zoned audio system are set up for presentations, and WiFi is available throughout, so both spaces work equally well for structured sessions and more hands-on, collaborative formats.
